For the last 8 years I have been leading Yoga Teacher Trainings across the country and have worked with many people towards their goals.  The results were loud and clear: people were getting stronger from the programs - not just physically but stronger on the inside too.  This last year I listened to many of you and what you told me was that you wanted to train with me but you didn't want to do a teacher training and you didn't have time to get away for too many days either. I heard you loud and clear and that is why this year I have decided to put all of my attention on a training that is revamped, refocused and bigger and better than ever before. This is the best of the best of my training programs with many new additions! I have never been more proud of or excited about a program in my life.

Online for 12 weeks with one LIVE class on Zoom! Every week the call will be recorded for replay.


Strong is a 12 week online program that includes 12 weeks of class in Breathless Yoga, Yin Yoga, Functional Nutrition, Anatomy and why you need to know it, Plyometrics and daily ways to get BREATHLESS, PLUS 12 weekly classes on various topics from creating boundaries to integrity… from gut health to the importance of getting breathless each day. Everything we learn in this course will be with the purpose of strengthening your mind, body, and soul. In addition, I’ve invited two coaches to join the program to help us with our physical exercise and nutrition programs form start to finish! The workouts will be shared via YouTube. 


It’s for everyone! You don’t have to be a yoga teacher or even a yogi to participate in STRONG but you will be required to put in the work for three months in your physical body as well as your spiritual one. Only 20 spots are available in this pilot program and there are close to 50 on the wait-list currently. Please think carefully about your ability to commit fully from May-July to the entirety of this program before applying.


Through weekly yoga classes and workouts as well as journal exercises and online classes, we will explore the things that are holding us back from living fully in our power each day. It doesn’t matter where you’ve been or where you are right now. It matters where you’re willing to go.
